Practice Summary
After articling at Williams McEnery, Kelly returned to the firm after his call to the bar in 2007. His tenacity and work ethic are a reflection of our firm’s approach to legal services. He sees himself as an advocate for clients—striving always for efficiency and to achieve quality results whether at trial or through negotiated resolutions. Kelly has appeared successfully on trials, motions, and appeals at various levels of court including, the Federal Court of Canada, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the CPP Disability Review Tribunal and Small Claims Court.
The more challenging a case, the harder Kelly is motivated to work—and the greater he says is the ultimate reward. Constantly seeking to learn and grow as a lawyer, Kelly appreciates the diversity of work at Williams McEnery, both in types of cases and the range of clients served.
