Practice Summary
Ashlee Barber was born and raised in North Bay, Ontario. She moved to Ottawa in 2003 to attend Carleton University, where she obtained an Honours B.A. in Law. She continued her studies at the University of Ottawa and obtained her LL.B. in 2010.
Ashlee is excited about all aspects of litigating, and is committed to vigorously advocating on behalf of her clients. She approaches each matter with an open mind and puts emphasis on communicating with the client, making sure to understand all stages of the process.
Ashlee has appeared in multiple levels of court, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal as a junior and she has successfully represented a number of clients in Small Claims Court.
In her spare time, Ashlee is an avid long distance runner who enjoys the outdoors.
