Practice Summary
Aaron has been practicing in the area of personal injury litigation since 1983. He represents clients who have been involved in serious accidents as well as persons claiming against their own life, disability and accident benefits insurers.
Aaron listens to his clients, understands their needs and achieves excellent results as early in the litigation process as possible. His aggressive and effective work on behalf of his clients is supported by his thorough understanding of the medical, financial and legal challenges facing each and every one of his clients in attempting to cope with, and in some cases overcome their pain and impairments. Aaron has experience in all levels of court and has appeared before the Federal Court Trial Division, Ontario Court of Appeal and the Superior Court of Justice.
