When Williams McEnery was established in 1979, its founders believed that a focus on the client was the key to a successful practice. Williams McEnery stands today as a cohesive, independent firm with a solid reputation as a leader in the field of civil litigation and real estate and estate law. What began as a small, local Ottawa firm comprised of two lawyers and two staff has grown into an established practice of nine lawyers and a compliment of staff to serve the legal needs of clients from across Canada.

We have practiced successfully in the Case Management environment with mandatory mediation settling many cases early before they develop into costly misadventures.
